Why are there so many people int he library today? It is Halloween.

I mean kids are supposed to be Trick or Treating and adults are supposed to be home to give candy to the Trick or Treaters. Come on people get with the program. :)

It's still a little early for the trick-or-treaters. Unless they do it differently there. We always went out at dusk and that is when I am expecting kids here.
