Slate.com has an article discussing 3 different types/brands of ready to made coffees. Telling which one that they rate best, the three are McDonalds, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. They don't really rate any of these bands of coffees to high, in this article: http://www.slate.com/id/2223965/pagenum/all/#p2
So since everyone has different tastes and a lot of time people disagree with articles like these, I decided to do my own poll about it. To see what you guys actually think.
I realize that there are a lot of other places where people go to get "ready made coffee", but these were the ones dicussed in the poll so I decided to use these. So pretty much I am asking you which do you like better: McDonalds, Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts.
If you have any particular reason why you like one brand over the other you can also make a comment about that in the comment section.
Thank you for your time. :)

Date: 2009-08-08 01:15 pm (UTC)I don't really buy coffee. I drink coffee all week at work, but it's the free coffee they provide. I did have them switch from French Roast (IIRC) to Kona Blend a year or so ago, because the former was too acidic and was giving me major heartburn after a couple of cups. (Since it's a small office, and more people drink decaf than regular, it was easy for me to make a request like that.) I haven't had this problem on the rare occasions when I buy coffee elsewhere; especially since, if I did get coffee to go, it would only be one cup.
The rest of the time, at home or when I'm out, I generally drink soda – the main exceptions being when I'm at a diner/restaurant eating breakfast (you don't order Diet Coke with an omelet) or when I'm with a friend (
GWIII or
IronKite) who roast their own coffee and brew some when I'm visiting. (I did occasionally hit the Starbucks where
CthuluGrrl worked back when it wasn't too far out of my commute, just to say "hi"; but now that she works at one 36 miles away in the opposite direction, I don't do that anymore.)
Oh, and there's also the rare occasion when I'm out late at night or particularly early in the morning on a weekend and I grab coffee at someplace like 7-11 – but that's not because of quality, that's just because 7-11's are everywhere and easy to find.
P.S. By the time I'd finished writing this in your previous post, you had deleted it. Thank you, copy-paste.
P.P.S. Your theme still looks fine to me.
